Humanitas University has updated its admissions page, indicating that applications for the 2022/2023 academic year will start shortly, and that the HUMAT test will be conducted online on February 17th and 18th, 2022. We’ll keep you up to date as soon as additional information becomes available!

For those of you who are unfamiliar, the HUMAT is Humanitas University’s new admissions test. The HUMAT is designed to assess applicants’ ability in scientific thinking and academic literacy, according to the university. Unlike the IMAT, the HUMAT does not assess your understanding of conventional scientific subjects like biology, chemistry, physics or mathematics. Rather, half of the exam focuses on scientific thinking, which includes mathematical, procedural, and visual reasoning. The other half focuses on academic literacy, which includes mainly critical thinking and reading. You can learn more about the HUMAT on our Knowledge Base.
